Thanks to the setting from 1.0 to 5.0 mm, slices of meat can be efficiently processed to the desired thickness
For cutting into strips: sausages, cold cuts, cheese, chicory, lettuce, chives, parsley and fresh herbs.
Cutting rollers cut the product into strips of the selected width:
3.3 mm, 5.0 mm, 10.0 mm, 20.0 mm or 25.0 mm
