The mincer and separator allows all qualities of meat to be processed with maximum end product safety. Interfering or worthless parts of the meat, such as bones, gristle, rind, tendons, etc., are automatically removed from cooked and fresh meat products. The mincer and separator guarantees a significant improvement of the quality of the minced meat while minimising the costs for the types of meat used. The adjustable deflecting device enables the separated parts to be added in doses. The share of separated components is between 0.5 and 1 percent of the weight of the meat used, depending on the quality of the meat.
