Meat mincer

This meat and vegetable mincer is made entirely from stainless steel. The eccentric position of the feed cylinder means that the mincer has an outstanding infeed capacity, even for goods that have already been processed. A quick connector allows the mincer cover, with its optimised features, to be completely removed from the motor, while the stainless steel screw is positioned in a special plastic bearing. The brand-name geared motor installed in the high-base unit guarantees maximum power, even during continuous operation. The machine is equipped with 1 forward gear and pulse levels for reversing. Smooth internal surfaces in the mincer casing noticeably reduce friction resistance for the meat and the machine is characterised by the low meat residue in the cutting unit. The machine satisfies all hygiene standards and is easy to clean with a compact design. The plug-in mincer is dishwasher safe. Output with a 5.0 mm perforated disc, approx. 300 kg/h.
